Himalayan Yoga Retreats
Days begin gently: silence before breakfast, morning practice, seva (light service), study or rest, and evening chanting or restorative yoga. Phones stay muted; conversation is warm but unhurried.
A quiet campus for weekend retreats and longer stays—structured days, shared meals, and time offline to deepen meditation and asana in good company.

The grounds offer walking paths, shared spaces for study and rest, and simple rooms—so you can settle in and focus on practice in good company.
When you arrive, the pace softens. There is time to walk the paths, share quiet meals, and return to the mat without the pull of the everyday.
The community is small on purpose—so we can know one another by name, support each other’s practice, and keep the space calm and clear.
Use the Contact page or our Google Form to ask about dates, pricing, and what to bring—we’ll respond with clear next steps.
